We can assist our clients in the pursuit of the procurement of alternate zoning classifications and other entitlements.  This process can sometimes be a smooth transition that adds value to a client’s property, however often it can be full of obstacles and difficult.  We have handled both types and strongly feel that in most cases professional consultation should be retained by the owner.
